Duncanville Road is the dividing line between DeSoto and Cedar Hill, but DeSoto's city limit is actually just on the east side of the road, so DeSoto does not have the authority to work on the road, which lies entirely inside Cedar Hill city limits. North of Wintergreen the road belongs to Duncanville.
