Description

This truck has been sitting on the sidewalk / berm since 9:00am yesterday (6/11). Owner said he put gasoline instead of diesel and the tow truck was on its way at that time. Clearly not the case.
This sounds unbelievable but a blind gentleman with cane just came through on sidewalk and had difficulty navigating.
