They ade the light for the schhol, but it doesnt even help them as their is no green arrow. traffic multiplies as heavy rush hour traffic on m-15 and the end of school meet.

I agree. A traffic study was done in this area recently, so the data should be available to determine the times when the traffic light could be changed to yellow blinking on M-15 and blinking red for Deer Ridge and Hubbard. There should also be a green arrow for northbound traffic to turn left onto Hubbard during the school year at school drop off time (or possibly drop off and pick up times) to prevent the traffic tie ups that occur when people are trying to get onto Hubbard to drop off or pick up their children.

Logic and common sense is scary therefore nothing will be done :-(
