How many residents must complain about this situation before the city takes action? There must be an ordinance that prohibits debris and clutter of this magnitude in a yard. I am requesting that the city also look into whether the inside of the house is even safe for the homeowners to occupy. If the outside looks like this, then it is possible that the inside may be hazardous to their health and safety. Various rodents have been seen scurrying from the property. This poses a risk to neighboring properties.
