Our trash pickup has always been stellar so this is just a one-off situation I'm sure. But today, all three of our trash cans (two trash and one recycle) were not completely emptied and one of the trash cans now has a broken lid.

Q. Any request received before 3PM Monday through Thursday – Container will be serviced next day.
Any request received on Friday before 12pm – Container will be serviced Same Day.
Any request received on Friday after 12pm – Container will be serviced on the following Monday.
Please make sure that you place your container out at your normal collection area by 5AM on the day that is specified above.

In my original note I mentioned that one of the cans also now has a broken lid. Can we get that fixed on this ticket as well, please?
