Description
It appears an older gentleman and younger man are squatting on the front steps. Hammond police have been around the last couple nights. Hopefully they get removed, I've seen the younger man walking the neighborhood checking for unlocked cars

They lived at the home (1806 Brown)for many years by the grace of a relative, inherited the home over 10 years ago and never dropped a red cent into repairs or paying taxes, despite no mortgage and being able bodied and working. As Lovey stated, the men created this situation themselves and the neighbors have been forced to tolerate their drunkenness and structural decay of the home all these years, now they have moved their ‘operations’ across the street, to a home of another is slowly falling into its own disrepair. I worked my tail off to purchase and maintain my home. I, and the surrounding hard working neighbors shouldn’t be forced to contend with this.
