Norton Pkwy is very frustrating. It may be up to the residents to handle the sidewalks in front of their houses, but the street hasn't even been cleared by the city. There are mounds and mounds of snow on the odd side of the street--the side they were supposed to plow when everyone moved during the snow ban. There is no place to put the snow. It needs to be removed before we get even more.
