The Electricians moved the snow on the street out of the way to provide access to the area. In order to do this it was necessary to push it to the rear of the School parking lot which is exactly where the City would push it! In so doing this we provided access to the many people forced to park their cars during the parking ban to be able to move their cars! The City was burdened with the amount of snow and the area was not able to be cleared by them right away! Our company has cleaned this end of the street and with neighbors adjacent have been instrumental in keeping this area open for the public access. Our help in clearing this snow has been benificial and has definitely saved the City man hours and equipment cost. One town employee has complained about us doing this and I fail to see the down side! His complaint is we are pushing our snow into the school parking area! We have to push snow on the street out of the way to open our gates! In so doing we clear access to the Two Dumsters that the School uses and provides a clear way for the School Employees to move the trash! Our yard is small and the snow is thrown by Snow Blower out of the way! What snow that is moved is associated to Public Acess and we fail to see the downside! This plow driver in a Red Truck was belligerent with his comments and very demeaning! He allows all other neighbors to participate in the removal of snow in order to clean the area! So what is the issue! We need access to the street and where is this employee to provide it when it snows. We are tax payers and require the same attention as any other citizen and property owner!

We take exception to being issued any type of warning as we have not broken any laws that we are aware of! The snow moved is snow that the city would have to move! The city can contact Mike Parziale at 781 322-9344 (The Electricians).
