Description

Hmmm request yesterday was closed as resolved but still not working today.

The SemaConnect meters appear to be functioning but when attempting to start a charge they cannot communicate with the cloud. Cell reception is spotty around the pool sometimes so potentially related to that.

SemaConnect indicated as well yesterday that the charger was not connected to the cloud.

Can you take another look please or refer to right department?
