Hello, we own the building on 3440 4th st n as well as the two building behind 3440 4th st n the ally that runs behind 3440 4th st n toward Hancock bank is smashed and unsafe. A few customers have tripped and fell on the curb as they enter my store. Please have the city fix this issue. Victoria-thanks so much for reporting these. 4th Street North is owned and maintained by the Florida Department of Transportation, so any repairs or alterations to the right-of-way (anything on or in the roadway, curb, or sidewalk) would go through DOT. But the right-of-way along 35th Avenue North is ours to maintain, and we're more than happy to address the damaged sidewalks. Again, thank you!
