Description
In the alley of 4900 block of1st Ave S your garbage truck driver dumped all this trash into our alley. For days now the stink has been awful in our whole block. One time he destroyed that whole area with trash everywhere. Please, bring us a clean dumpster AND clean up this mess. Of course my dog rolled in it and had to give her a bath. This is unacceptable. I live 1/2 a block away and it's horrendous stinky in my back yard. I thought there was a dead animal, but no. Your dumpster is right by that fence you see at the top right. And of course the flies are bad now too.
