Description

Trees are hanging over onto Hardy. Trees and brush way beyond the curb on Webb Lane. In the County (not City) near between Alvernon and Dodge, Ft. Lowell and Kleindale. In the photo, the cone is the location of the intersection of the Hardy and Webb curbs. Cars swing way out to drive around the brush. Thanks
