Description
There has been a metal upside down U structure at the base of the Fred Maquis Trail (Pinellas Trail) at Central Avenue and Travelers Way North (near the Duke Energy High Transmission Lines). What purpose does this piping serve? If it has no purpose it should be removed. It is tilting and just adds to the clutter of un needed structures. It looks like it may have once been used to suspend a hanging sign. Possibly for the Trail.
