11: tenant doesn't put trash out for Mon up to 4 wks @ a time. Critters tear open bags-GROSS! Smells!
111:frequent visitors all hours-some stay for days. Slamming doors, loud talking, yelling most days and into the wee hrs of nite.(at times, 8 adults and 6-7 kids)cigarette smoking + "other"
4:Hx of not mowing, weeds terrible. Dog feces not picked up in common area and side of duplex. Leave female cat out-brings males to impregnate her x 3. Dog Warden been out at least 2x. Cat feces, urine at our homes.
Tenant states has 17 SMHA violations against her now?! Feels she will live her way and neighbors can leave her alone.
