Description

Boy who walks dog, still not picking up the poop. Today I watched as he let the dog poop on the sidewalk and walked away leaving the waste. Just follow their foot prints you will see the pile the dog left and the boy left it. This has been going on for years, he refuses to pick up after the dog. This had been repeatably reported the lack of enforcement allows this to continue. Please enforce the law ticket or fine the family tell an adult to walk and pick up after the dog, maybe then someone will act responsibly in the family. Sick of picking up after this irresponsible kid and the lack of enforcement with this kid scoffing at the law.
