Description

Traffic light turns red on Northpoint at Encore - no cars on Encore to trip the switch. The light last red for a full two minutes - although less than 15 or 20 cars wait it is still irritating when there are no cars turning from Encore onto Northpoint. Issue is late at night around 10:30 pm to midnight.

The infrastructure supporting that traffic signal is damaged and repairs have been scheduled. In the interim our Traffic Engineers will visit the location this evening to determine what, if any, manual adjustments can be made to improve operations.
