I have a letter frm the township from when my Mom owned the house stating that the creek needs to be fiixed. I also have a letter from the township turning the creek over to me and my neighbor. That is a way to get arouind doing what they are suppose to do. The spoits where the waer form the rain and all are degrading to the point they are dangerous to kids that may come to play in the dirty water that sits there.
