I got so frustrated with the city last year that I purchased my very own plow. Now we have the cleanest street in the city.

Have you noticed? The city of St Paul will never ever plow, salt, or sand when the snow falls on a weekend! That is how they let all the streets in St Paul get covered with ICE on Dec 25th 2009. That Ice stayed on the streets until mid May. This year is no exception to that rule.
