No matter how many times I or my neighbors call the DPW, trash collectors ALWAYS leave the trash and recycling carts right in the middle of my driveway. With the way the traffic on Middle St. is, every time I have to stop to move them, my car almost gets rear ended!

PLEASE! Take the added few seconds to make sure those trash carts are NOT left in the middle of our driveways!
