There are tall weeds that are growing rampant in Bergen Avenue. They are mostly growing on the potters and light posts. It’s really sad to see how segregated our street maintenance is. You never see tall weeds like this in downtown Jersey city, but the moment you leave the area it’s like we don’t have public services. Everyone pays taxes for the city to allocate funds for these basic services: street sweeping by people not the sweepers that are ineffective with cleaning 4x a week and basic maintenance. Resources shouldn’t just be dumped in one area we all deserve to live in a clean place.
