The drain at the corner of State and East (actually on East, right in front of the Subway) is also clogged up with leaves.

The storm sewer at 90 Mechanic Street (corner of Mechanic and Eagle Streets) is also clogged with leaves. But I have seen NUMEROUS storm sewers clogged with leaves in the East Rock area while walking the dog. Really, there should have been a final street sweeping this fall. All we need now is one of those snow-freezing rain-rain storms and there will be a lot of street flooding.

Also, it sounds like Public Works is going to inspect catch basins in the State Street area next week, so it would be helpful if there are particularly concerning drains in that area to post them (with an address where possible).
