i don;t get heat or hot water either. my landlordis a slumlord. u pay rent for nothing, that doesn;t come with repairs. don't rent from chestnuts. they go by the name of 2176LLC here s their address 5676 riverdale avenue #307. they dont care about their tenents. all they want is money. they are making 3 bedrooms out of two and that is illegal. the manger sucks. she doesn/t know how to talk to people. she thinks she is better than anybody
