The Malden Police Department responded there and determined that a resident was attempting to dig out a space for his/her vehicle.

If it's the same car, I reported this car. The statement that they were attempting to dig out their car is incorrect. This car keeps parking in this exact same spot every night and morning. They are not digging out their car. It's causing huge issues at rush hour.

Umm yeah there was no person in sight. It caused the entire street to go down to one lane because of one stupid person's car.

However, I'm going to do this on my street while digging out! Good to know it's not considered a problem.
