That is a generic answer, meaning nothing will be done. It is a deadly intersection that maybe worked in horse and buggy era but it is not set up for the modern driver.

Yes I can see that’s generic answer. Also the flashing lights at the firehouse are causing drivers to become confused and run the light. Why does the yellow light need to be blinking constantly? Can they not just turn it on when they are leaving/coming back?

they state they have no way to stop the speeding drivers that run the red lights. I have been going round and around with the city about this intersection. the actual red light is too far beyond where the cars need to stop. they need bolder stripes and perhaps DANGEROUS INTERSECTION SIGN posted.

It doesn't help that it is a divided road (30th) and if you are unfamiliar with it, it's easy to miss the turn and the stop line.
