Call APS it’s their property. And those semis had no construction going on in this area, they are privately owned trucks whose owners look for places to park their trucks. I called APS police 2 weeks ago to report them, most don’t park there anymore accept one who obviously didn’t get the message!

I called the state land office and they agreed with me that it is. I checked a map of the technology park and it is.
