Per the Traffic Division, The 35 MPH speed limit is already a low speed limit. Traffic engineering observed traffic flowing through Sage both eastbound and westbound. The set up meets the City of Albuquerque specifications and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Thank you for reporting this issue.
