Description

Caller states a camper is parked in front of this address with valid license plates. Caller states the camper is parked too far out in the intersection that people cannot see when getting to this intersection. Caller states a little girl on her bike was hit at this intersection because oncoming traffic could not see her due to the camper being incorrectly parked.
