Owner should also attempt to remove grass (small amount) to assist in and possible obstruction of water flow until curb can be repaired

Thank you for reporting this issue. It appears there may be minor settling of the concrete valley curb in front of the home. This is usually caused by a combination of soli settling over time and motor vehicle parking on the right of way. Our Pavement Maintenance Team will evaluate the curb for repair. To avoid having to revisit this issue in the future, we recommend removing vegetation from the curb line, clearing debris from the curb to allow the free flow of run off, and avoid parking vehicles over the curb. Again, thank you!
