the flaming bar and grill is using the residental trash resepticals for its resteraunt waste which has been producing quite a bit of thrash and litter in the alley way that sometimes finds its way onto the residents private property. also it produces an offencive oder and causes quite a bit of problems for the residents who live on the alley way and are permitted to use the resepticals because the resepticals are constantly being filled with beer bottles, cans,and restersaunt waste. another subject is that hooks diner has there dumpster in the alley way instead of on there private property which, consiquently, causes traffic issues, offensive oder, litter, and excessive noise in the alley way.
