I think we should bring a lawsuit against the city - they need some extra motivation to do their job

Sorry you feel that way. We have monitored and responded to See Click Fix issues since 2013. Sometimes we are able to quickly "fix" an issue be it potholes, illegal dumping, trash and or recycling concerns. It is often very difficult to immediately "fix" paving and sidewalk issues. We can designate either street or sidewalk for further work beyond our fix and then the issue/location is in the Resource Allocation Committee's purview. The Committee meets several times a year to review and recommend paving and sidewalk issues citywide based on criteria and funding. Willow Street has been assigned "road repave" and until that can be accomplished we will continue to monitor it and patch potholes. Thanks for reporting location.
