thank you for reaching out with this. We will have our Stormwater Environmental Services Team ensure the drains and subsurface lines in the area are all free of obstructions. Please understand, however, that large amounts of rain falling in a short period of time can overwhelm even the most robust stormwater management systems. It's not uncommon to see pooling during a heavy rain event with that water clearing within 12-24 hours. This may simply be an issue of capacity, not blockage. We'll update you as this moves forward.
