Description

Unattached RV trailer parked on residential street for over a week now. “Splash” brand with license plate 1JP1197. Tires were marked earlier in the week and the trailer has been rolled a few feet backwards but has not moved from its location and is not attached to a vehicle. Someone appears to be living out of the trailer as well.
