Description

There is a white truck with a male and female that live in it. They park it under the trees right near the entrance or they park it right against Cardone & Tonnuci. They are there at all times a night, sometimes there are more cars that join them - looks like a tent city. They often leave a mess. Now they are starting to extend there loitering to Hallock and Sea and South Water St.
