I have been having a lot of foot traffic on my property due to the unlock gate on vacant Jersey City property located at 1023 Garfield Avenue, which is the city lot adjacent to Terry Dehere Basketball Courts. It appears the lock and chain are currently missing and continue to be removed. I am asking for your help to re-secure the entryway and check on it regularly. Some of the people entering and exiting my property seem to be very dangerous and the safety of myself and family is very important.
