Description
The Connecticut State Department of Education has not cleared a curb cut aligning with the cross walk one would take if traveling along Capitol Avenue. This forces pedestrians to walk around snow banks, especially dangerous during rush hour. There is something cleared for those crossing from Trinity, but not for those already walking along Capitol Avenue.
