  Good afternoon Councilor, the tree warden inspected the tree and made the decision that the tree is currently a healthy standing tree. The remaining branches on the tree are in good standing condition. No further action is required at this current time. The city will monitor the tree and if conditions change, will address accordingly.

  Councilor, we should be able to take care of that request. Let me add it to the list for the Tree Cutting Contractor and the next time he is in town, he should be able to accommodate that request.
