Description

St. Lawrence School paents park on the street in a NO PARKING ZONE wehn dropping off their kids. They stand in the roadway and create a traffic nightmare, as well as a very dangerous situation. The police have been told but have never enoforced the no parking signs. The school has a large parking lot that can be used, but tells parents NOT to use it!
