I cross this intersection twice a day as part of my route to/from work. Every time, I feel like I'm taking my life in my hands. Sometimes I have to wait up to 3 or 4 light cycles before it's reasonable to cross, and I'm lucky to be a young guy in good shape to run across quickly. I've nearly been hit several times here, and was hit last year at a different intersection - where I learned just how little PGH drivers care about or look for people outside of cars.
