A man living in a Grey- blue Toyota Sienna Van is camping along 16th Avenue S, off 188th street.
I have seen this van for 3weeks, since July 22,2023. Twice I have seen others parked near him, once two additional cars, once one additional car. I do not want a homeless encampment to get started here. It is not a highly travelled road, with no residents, only a few businesses (Graham Trucking) on one side and fenced airport property on the other side. I drive it 3-4 times each week and see this van most days.
