Thank you! Sorry for the delay in responding. This time, I sent two responses instead of one. The first did not seem to work. They are almost identical -- the content is. I think this is minor and perhaps the landlord agreed to remove the graffiti. I do not want to pursue this with the landlord. The newspaper boxes now have very little graffiti on them. Thank you.
