Description

It looks like a sump pump is improperly draining onto the public sidewalk which freezes and is impossible to see in the dark. The homeowners have placed large sawhorses blocking off the sidewalk which presents a second danger and is not a fix for the problem. Hillcrest Elementary is a half a block away and I would not blame any parent who may consider a lawsuit if their child gets hurt.
