Description

The entrance sign at the Woodbridge neighborhood, on the corner of 21st and Palm, is broken. The "Woo" is missing from the sign and it is more than unsightly, causing a loss in property value for all homes in the neighborhood. The sign needs to be fixed, and even more, it needs to have lights installed for safety reasons because at night the entrance is very dark and hard to see when driving.
