Road condition at Suttonn Estates. We live on Brereton Dr. and noticed the road surface is breaking up. The repairs done several years ago are not holding up and now there are new issues that have surfaced.

Using small patches for an active neighborhood like Sutton Estates - can be wasting more tax payer funds. Why not repave the neighborhood - and spend less time and money trying to patch opening potholes and cracked pavement more than 50 feet in length in some areas. If Raleigh has a harsh winter with snow and ice - the neighborhood roads in the spring will cost more to refurbish.

Finally in 2018 - a full re-pave!!
