Q. Why does this tree need to be inspected?
A. Trees seem to be dying this year. City replaced them after work on gas lines and relocation of city water gate valves necessitated road and sidewalk replacement and removal of all dead and overgrow trees. Most of the trees were doing alright until this spring. Perhaps the late frost is to blame?
