  Thank you Counselor for reporting this, with a recent See Click Fix request I emailed Mark Barbadora and members of Community Development since the land parcel opposite of this address (128 Marshall St) has recently done some land clearing and Engineering Department feels the clearing has led to the recent sediment erosion that is now settled at in the gutter of Marshall St and the sidewalk. Engineering feels a follow up with the adjacent property own (across the street) is warranted.
