This structure is still being occupied and trash is dumped on the corner regularly. There is also a growing random collection of junk in the front lot. It appears to be a base camp for homeless people at this point. It is an eyesore and completely trashes the neighborhood.

These pictures were taken on 09/22/23. There’s a broken down car, a grocery cart with junk, a tent, etc. It’s essentially a junkyard at the entrance of our neighborhood.
