Christie Hass - New Haven Parks Department (Guest)
Hello Joe, I have put this on the list to have the UI come and remove the wires. We do not do wire trimming, UI does. He should definitely not do that himself since he risks his own safety indoing so.
Has this been fixed yet? I have E-mailed a contact over at UI that should be able to have this resolved quickly if it has not been resolved yet? If it has been resolved can you close the issue as fixed?
I see a lot of trees being trimmed or cut down, but the tree in front on my house has not been touched.
Now that has grown so big it blocks the street lights at night and limbs are almost touching the house.
I will have to trim them from the 2nd floor window.

I forwarded this onto Customer Service at UI.
I believe they handle tree trimming when utility lines are involved in New Haven.

Wayne, I have also contacted Ms. Hass at the Parks Department perhaps she too can reach out to the UI.
