Well I'm not the going to be the one to feel the guilt if someone gets hurt or worse because they go the posted speed limit, 25 miles an hour, without warning are on a sharp turn and even than see they are now on a different street. Which obviously causes them even more confusion. I pray by you closing this "issue" you're right...all it takes is a posted speed limit sign to save life. The last sign I saw was a No Parking sign. I don't think that is going to warn someone of a curve, nor does a speed limit sign. Hey you have the power & now the knowledge than if anything happens from this day on, as long as the driver is doing the speed limit, knows not to Park and does not hit any black ice they will be safe, correct? I'm just saying...I tried. How many accidents reported or not will it take? hmmm...

I've seen the CTC truck go by and of course knowing the issue at the very least, they're going to know about the curve. Consider visiting family and friends not knowing about it. Or getting lost looking for their family or friend they are going to visit. The confusion of Truman Ave just turning into a new road at one end of the curve I'm sure slows them down even more so than the posted speed limit, but to add this curve and say it's ok due to a speed limit sign? really? That's going to save lives? I tried to help the residents as well as visitors. I wouldn't want a loved one not having the warning sign of some type of a curve. Oh I know some of the CTC workers and I am surprised that they came to this decision. I'm glad it wasn't mine to decide the fate of others when it could have been different just by putting a simple little reflective arrow up on a utility pole. Maybe I'll make a home made one...or will that be against the law? People who do skid have been ticketed. So sad really...
