This is a penndot issue. This is not regulated by the city.
This intersection is undergoing improvements through a grant from the county.

Its been bad for years. Hopefully the improvements will come soon.

The entire intersection is still a mess. Given the construction over the past months a pass can be made and perhaps it will eventually be fixed, though it has been almost 2000 days since I first posted after many previous years of the intersection being a disaster.

Fingers crossed that after the long ongoing construction at the intersection of 82 and business 30 that traffic conditions will improve in all directions providing motorist with proper notice of lane changes avoiding unnecessary accidents. Inclusion of pedestrian signage as well.
