Thank you for reporting the issue, the mat at the bottom of the slide is being replaced next week, it is currently out for delivery, and once received we will install it. The slide has been temporarily covered and we are awaiting quotes for the replacement pieces. I will be going down to the playground next week to check out the other issues you provided and address them accordingly.
